For men 18 years old (out of high school) and older.

*Speaker: John Calvin McCann, New Orleans Saints Chaplain

*Worship Leader: Mike St. Peter of Kenosha Bible Church.

*Cost: $110/person for entire weekend or $75/person for Partial Weekend.

*Housing: Each cabin has 5 bunk beds that hold 10 men. An extra single bed can be put in each cabin and house 6 men per cabin all on lower bunks. Bathrooms are not inside cabins, but are nearby. There are electrical outlets in each cabin. Please bring your own bedding for twin size mattresses.

What to Bring: Pillow, sheets (twin size mattress), sleeping bag or blanket, toiletries, clothes, two pairs of shoes recommended (only gym shoes allowed on gym floor), Bible, pen, notebook, flashlight, and spending money for the Canteen and/or Trap Shooting.

Saturday Afternoon: Opportunity for Trap Shooting Clay Birds at Fillmore Sportsmans Club. 25 clay birds costs $5. Shotgun shells can be brought or purchased from Camp. Shotguns are not included. If you have your own and are willing to allow other men to use it, please contact Adam Conkle,

Friday Night:

  • 6:00 p.m. – Start Arriving (If you’d like to come earlier to fish, etc., please contact us)
  • 8:00 p.m. – Session 1 and small group breakouts
  • 10:00 p.m. – Snack
  • 10:30 p.m. – Campfires


  • 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m. – Session 2 and small group breakouts
  • 11:00 a.m. – Floor Hockey in Gym
  • Noon – Lunch
  • 12:30 p.m. – Free Time (Boating, Fishing, Archery, Gym, BB Gun Range, Game Room, etc.) *See more below.
  • 1:00 p.m. – Fillmore Sportsman’s Club (Trap Shooting)
  • 5:00 p.m. – Dinner
  • 6:00 p.m. – Session 3 and small group breakouts
  • 8:00 p.m. – Archery Tag in Gym
  • 9:00 p.m. – Snack
  • 9:30 p.m. – Campfire and Free Time


  • 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m. – Session 4 and small group breakouts
  • 11:00 a.m. – Group Activity
  • Noon – Lunch
  • 12:30 p.m. – Head Home or Chill out Around Camp


  1. Fishing Derby – Fishing License needed. Fish off of pier, on Pontoon Boat, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes and row boats. Camp Awana has 1 pontoon boat, 4 paddle boats, 12 kayaks, 3 canoes and 2 row boats.
  2.  Archery Golf – 9 hole, 40 acre Archery Golf Course.
  3.  Mini Golf – 9 hole mini golf course.

  • Dinner: Pasta Noodles, Meat Sauce, Focaccia Bread, Salad, Dressing, Cake or Cookie Bar, Juice, Water
  • Evening Snack: Pizza and Juice
